Murray Wade is a management and performance consultant with over 25 years of experience advising executives. He began his career as a research physicist, evolved through the field of Information Technology and Management, then progressed forward to deal with the complex business strategy, technology, human and organizational issues introduced by global competition and knowledge work.

Murray focuses on the leading edge of leadership, human resources and organizational development issues. His approach distils proven scientific management principals into practical, easily implemented solutions to address specific organizational performance problems. His advisory practice is based on identifying emerging business paradigms, system discontinuities and human/organizational issues; executing behavioural, cultural and systemic transformations; and developing solid knowledge bases to design and implement strategic change.

Murray has considerable experience with diagnostic and analytical metrics related to economic evaluations, value based management, performance measurement, decision analysis, organizational trend analysis, financial forecasting, project feasibility, and business analysis.
