He is an expert on issues related to strategy development, operational performance, human capital management, leadership and managerial development, and requisite organizational design. He is a respected executive coach; a recognized national and international speaker; and has international consulting experience in both North and South America.

Dar Schwanbeck has had a passion for creating customer-centered cultures spanning 20 years.  His mission is to help organizations create friendly, easy to use, timely products and processes that generate customer smiles.  He has worked with clients across North America to help them discover hidden opportunities for improvement.  Dar is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) specializing in customer satisfaction and performance improvement support, particularly helping clients understand customer expectations and positioning products and processes for market leadership. His role is to initiate business and strategic development, and provide vision of corporate development. As the manager of the HRO team, he has a primary function to oversee in-house finance and administration as well as act as our senior lead on presentations to potential clients and strategic alliance partners.
